These retractable cigar punch cutters are an all-in-one design. Each of these superb gold bullet cutters are equipped with a reliable spring loaded system which allows you to push the plunger on the end of the cutter to expose the blade and lock it in place. Press the exposed blade into your cigar to perform the cut and then remove. Push the button on the side of the cutter body to retract the blade and eject the residual tobacco.
